Who runs this site
CreditBharosa is a brand operated by Trivium Ventures and edited by Aman Multani, its Founding Partner. Aman is personally accountable for what is published here — for factual errors, for how products are described, and for correcting mistakes when they happen. We are a small, independent operation — not a bank, and not backed by one.
What we do
We explain Indian financial products — credit cards, loans, savings instruments — in plain language, with the drawbacks stated as clearly as the benefits, so people can decide before they apply rather than after. We also publish free calculators (EMI, FOIR, credit card cost, home loan eligibility and more) that run entirely in your browser.
What we are not
- We are not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), credit bureau or lending service provider.
- We do not issue, underwrite or approve any financial product — every approval decision rests entirely with the bank, NBFC or issuer.
- We do not guarantee loan or card approval, and we do not promise a specific credit score increase. No one honestly can.
- We do not charge a fee to read our articles or use our calculators.
How this site makes money
CreditBharosa may earn a commission when a reader applies for a product through certain links, at no extra cost to the reader. No affiliate or referral partnership is active yet — every outbound link on the site currently points to the provider's own official page. Editorial independence
Commission, where it exists, does not determine which products are listed or how they rank. Our ranking methodology and editorial policy explain the process in full, including how product facts are sourced. Product data on the credit cards page has not yet been independently verified against issuer documentation — see “Where we are today” below.
Where we are today
CreditBharosa is a young, independent publication. Card details on the credit cards page are compiled from each issuer’s public pages and dated, and have not yet been independently verified — so every card links to its official page for you to confirm current terms. Sections that are not ready are labelled as such rather than filled with placeholder content. We would rather show an honest “not yet” than overstate what exists.
