How we rank products

A product paying us more should not outrank a better product paying us less. This page explains the process that prevents it.

The process

Every product is assessed on fees, real value after caps, exclusions, redemption cost and eligibility conditions. The assessment is written before the commission figure for that product is looked at.

Only once the assessment is complete do we check what, if anything, the product pays us. If the two disagree, the assessment stands.

Products that pay us nothing

Several issuers run no affiliate programme at all. Their products are included and assessed on exactly the same basis. If one of them is the better choice, the page will say so.

What we publish about every product

Every cap. Every exclusion. Every redemption fee. Every eligibility condition. These appear beside the benefit, not below the apply button, including where publishing them costs us the click.

Verification

Each product links to the issuer's own terms document and carries the date its figures were last updated on our side. That date does not mean the figures have been independently re-confirmed against the issuer's current terms — see the Limitations note on our About page. Indian product terms change frequently and often without notice, so always check the linked source before relying on a figure here.
